Due to their easy usage and easy expandability with different features, softphones are really popular, especially among call centers. One of these features is call recording. Due to this fact, I extended my article with a fourth section in which I explain how you can implement call recording functionality in your own .NET VoIP softphone application. After studying this section, you will be able to save the conversations made with your softphone in .wav format.
